WANT ROCK?
Mindcure…… For Sure.
I tell you, these guys have my attention.
As a guitarist on tour with Edd Greer and Shake Down (Castle Records) I am used to hearing various artists and different styles
of music done well. Often on C.D., occasionally live, but rarely both.
I happened upon Mindcure at a club in
Monroe, Louisiana, and was floored! I am, admittedly, an “aging rocker” myself, and have little use for a lot
of what passes as rock today. I found myself surrounded by people half my age, and was actually about to leave after conducting
business with the owner, when the roof came down!
The opening riff on guitar was like a
cold drink on a hot day. Within two measures of the song, you couldn’t tear away, kind of like just drinking a little
bit of something cold when you are really thirsty. Then it got good.
The sheer energy from this band‘s
stage presence was phenomenal. These guys needed a bigger stage! The singer (also an accomplished guitarist, as I later
discovered) commanded the stage.
Long story, short… I got a c.d.
that night.
This band will be around. I know they
are widening their circuit to include El Dorado, Arkansas, and have heard they may be playing venues in Mississippi and Texas.
If you have a chance, make plans to be
amazed.

crawl on the stage the package is totally there. They tear it up on the stage. This band takes their music seriously and is

Hi i met someone named Chad Ward in the Farmerville and Marion, La. area promoting Mindcure and
the website, he was handing out CDs with the three songs you guys recorded in the studio, which the samples are
on the website aswell, to listen to Chad speak about the band itself, and the music, how he explains it would make one
beleive he wrote the songs hisself, but he did give all credit to MindCure and accepted none for hisself, he
explained the struggles the band has been thru with studio finances and all.
Chad seemed to be very determined in promoting you guys and conviced me and my friends to give
the CD a listen, and we did, and we were all impressed and estound with what we were hearing, i hope you guys dont ever give up, even if all chad is is you guy's sount tech you guys should at least give this
guy some recognition and add him to your website
